About

I am Koushik Chittella, an Advocate enrolled on the rolls of the Bar Council of the State of Andhra Pradesh. What started as curiosity about how the law protects ideas, brands, inventions, and creative works gradually developed into a genuine passion for studying and explaining IP law, inspiring me to pursue a Masters degree (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Over time, I realized that many students, professionals, and business owners struggle to find proper IP law content that is accurate and easy to understand. This blog is my attempt to bridge that gap.

I created this platform to share my research, thoughts, and analysis on trademarks, copyrights, patents, designs, and other areas of intellectual property law. Here, you'll find case summaries, analyses, doctrine explainers, regular IP law updates, and discussions on important developments shaping IP law. My focus is not merely on reporting what happened, but on explaining why it matters and what lessons can be drawn from it.

Through this blog, I hope to build a resource that students can learn from, practitioners can refer to, businesses can benefit from, and anyone with an interest in IP law can enjoy reading. Thank you for visiting, and I hope the content here adds value to your learning and professional journey.
