Submission Guidelines

  • A concise author biography (50–100 words)
  • Optional headshot and LinkedIn profile

Where appropriate, please include links to primary legal sources such as judgments, statutes, or official notifications.

We Do Not Accept

We generally do not publish:

  • AI-generated content without substantial human review
  • Plagiarised or duplicate articles
  • Promotional or sponsored content
  • Pure opinion pieces without legal analysis
  • Content unrelated to Intellectual Property Law

Editorial Review Process

Once received, your submission will undergo an editorial review. If accepted, we may:

  2. Improve formatting and headings
  3. Optimise the title and metadata for search engines
  4. Suggest revisions before publication

While we endeavour to review submissions promptly, response times may vary depending on editorial workload.
